Patient Care

As we age, medication regimens can get complicated and overwhelming.

Seniors are often on multiple medications that are taken at different times of the day and often these medications can look similar. Patients often fill their various medications at different times of the month which leads to patients taking multiple trips to the pharmacy. Patients sorting their own medications can create confusion and possible harm to the patient if medications are taken improperly. Take Charge of your or your loved one’s health. Med Packaging

Our medication packaging is an innovative and patented multi-dose packaging system that makes it easy for you or loved ones to take your medication. Sorted and packaged by your pharmacist, each blister pack (dose) is personalized just for you and is clearly labeled by date and time of day, giving you peace of mind knowing that you took the correct medications at the correct time. Each blister pack includes 28 perforated blister cells that contain your medication and are color coded to indicate a time of day – morning, noon, evening and bed time. The top of each individual blister cell containing your prescribed medication is labeled to include your name, medications and dosages, time of day and date so there is never any confusion about which medications to take. This system is great for people of all ages who regularly take multiple medications.

Med Syncing

Medication Synchronization (Med Sync) is a synchronized prescription refill service that allows our patients to receive all of their ongoing prescription refills on one single, convenient day each month. Our Med Sync service adjusts your pill count so that all of your prescriptions run out on the same day, saving you the time and hassle of receiving multiple prescriptions on different days.
